Ratings and reviews

For the people expecting an instant passport, read the opening page in the app. They'll fill out the paper work and print your photo, then mail it back to you. You then take the app and deliver or mail to the appropriate office in your state. Full app is $29 (includes the picture needed) for them to do + reg cost $90 Was testing it out before sending it to some friends trying to get their passports. Unfortunately, at the height page, it wouldn't let me input anything or move forward.

Terrible customer service. I have sent the two emails in the past 20 days and have not received a response. I ordered my photo on April 9,2026 and as of May 5,2026 it still has not shipped. my order status says complete and that it shipped on April 30,2026 but it still says awaiting from sender. save your money and time and just go to Walgreens. my passport could already be done by now if I hadn't used them.

You can't see the full frame of the photo you're taking so you have to guess and hope your face is in frame. even when it is it ALWAYS gives the error of "your face isn't straight" when it's dead on and you aren't smiling. Completely non-functional
