For the people expecting an instant passport, read the opening page in the app. They'll fill out the paper work and print your photo, then mail it back to you. You then take the app and deliver or mail to the appropriate office in your state. Full app is $29 (includes the picture needed) for them to do + reg cost $90 Was testing it out before sending it to some friends trying to get their passports. Unfortunately, at the height page, it wouldn't let me input anything or move forward.

I already ordered a passport and paid for it. I never received anything. I paid $ 29 dollars. then I'm I'm just receiving the message that they weren't satisfied with the selfie. I didn't get my money back. it best to allow me to up load.

Fine up to input for height. Height page does not work and doesn't allow going forward without input ... basically a "Catch 22".
