About this app

BOS:311, formerly known as Citizens Connect, is a cutting-edge, full-featured tool for enabling Boston's residents to improve their neighborhoods by reporting issues such as potholes and graffiti.

The reports are automatically fed into the City’s work order system so that they can be tracked and assigned to service teams. Users can follow the status of their request, by using a unique tracking number for each case.

Residents can also share their reports with others, or tweet about them with their friends.

App needs to have a search button to find reports. Similar to the web browser. - Need to search for case numbers, topics, streets, etc. As of now you can only see current reports using the app. Cannot look up submitted reports using case number etc.

The "submit" button to send a report doesn't work. Tried to submit a broken bus stop sign on my commute this morning, checked that all the fields are good to go, but can't submit. This is a new issue, I had no trouble a few months ago. Otherwise would be 5 stars

Used to be good. It was easy to use, get alerts and easy to find the schedule. Now it's terrible. Bring back the old one.
