About this app

Sales Receipt Maker helps you create clear sales receipts for products, services, fees, and everyday business transactions. Enter customer details, add line items, apply a fixed or percentage discount and user-entered tax rate, then preview or share a polished PDF.

KEEP RECEIPTS ORGANIZED

Use configurable receipt numbers, issue dates, payment methods, and clear Draft, Issued, Paid, Refunded, or Voided statuses. Search by receipt number, customer, item, or date, and filter records by status, date, amount, customer, or payment method when you need to find something quickly.

CREATE ACCURATE TOTALS

Add item or service quantities and unit prices, choose any three-letter currency code, then see subtotal, discount, tax, and total update as you work. Receipt amounts use two decimal places and are stored as integer hundredths to avoid floating-point rounding errors.

EXPORT AND SHARE

Preview individual PDF receipts and use Android's system share sheet or document picker to send or save them. Export a spreadsheet-ready CSV whose fields are protected against formula injection.

LOCAL BY DESIGN

No account is required. Receipt, customer, template, and settings data stays in app-private storage unless you choose to export or share it. Create a versioned local backup, validate an archive before restore, and delete all local data from Settings.

OPTIONAL LIFETIME PRO

The free version supports up to three active saved receipts, shows the allowance before it is reached, includes three starter templates, and keeps existing records available. A one-time Pro purchase unlocks unlimited active receipts, custom templates, a business logo, PDF colors, footer and layouts, advanced filters and saved views, and batch or date-range exports. Individual PDF export, basic business details, data backup and restore, and data deletion remain available without Pro.

Sales Receipt Maker records information that you enter; it does not process payments or provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for the accuracy, retention, and suitability of generated receipts.
