can open from website with limited features. but when opening my account from app , it automatically get closed without any error messages.. tried a lot.. changed password from website and tried, reinstalled, no response. hated this app. it worked fine once. I dont want to create new id with pathlegal. I want to login from the same id logging in using website. so poor nowadays

No customer support after payment for posting a question. I paid INR 475 for a legal question via Google Pay. The payment went through but the app did not reflect the payment. I contacted the appp makers using "Contact Us" section but it has been days no reply has arrived from the app maker's side. My suggestion is not make payments for any service since you cannot be certain if you will get the service this app is offering.
