PatientFirst puts you in control of your specialist referral.

Waiting for a specialist appointment shouldn't mean waiting in the dark. With PatientFirst, you upload your GP referral once and let approved clinics come to you with real offers — each showing an appointment date and price up front. You
choose the one that works best. No phone calls, no chasing, no guesswork.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Add your referral — snap a photo or upload your GP referral letter, or write a self-referral for specialties that allow it.
2. We anonymise it — your personal details are removed before any clinic sees the referral, so you stay in control of your privacy.
3. Clinics make offers — verified clinics review the anonymised referral and respond with an appointment date and price.
4. You decide — compare the offers side by side and accept the one that suits you. The clinic only gets your contact details once you accept.
