PatrolX is a field operation management platform that helps companies in physical security, logistics, delivery, and related field-operations industries coordinate their workforce and the communities those workers serve.
What PatrolX does
For Unregistered User
• No login needed
• Read overview of total Incidents reported, Number of Patrols , Number of protected homes, Ability to enquire about the service via enquiry form.
For Workforce (Officers)
• Log as Officer
• Start Shift
• While on Shift create posts
• End Shift and update kilometres driven
• View Posts on feed tab
• View existing reports published by Service organisation
• Sign out or Delete account
For Registered User Subscribers
• Log as Subscriber
• View Officers on duty if any
• View post made my officers
• Like and comment on post made by officers
• View existing reports published by Service organisation
• Sign out or Delete account
Who it is for
PatrolX serves three types of users:
Visitors (no account needed) Anyone can open the app without logging in to view a summary of total incidents reported, number of patrols conducted, and number of protected homes. Visitors can also submit an enquiry about the service directly from the app.
Patrol Officers (Workforce) Officers log in to start and end shifts, post field updates while on patrol, record kilometres driven at shift end, view the activity feed, and view reports published by their service organisation.
Community Subscribers log in to see which officers are currently on duty, view and interact with officer posts, like, comment and view reports published by their service organisation.
What's included
For all users
• A screen showing total incidents reported, patrols conducted, and homes protected — no login required
• In-app enquiry form to contact the service provider
For officers
• Start and end shifts with kilometre tracking at shift completion
• Create field posts while on shift, with optional photos from camera or gallery
• Post incident details including calls received, SMS received, calls to police, police attendance, suspicious persons, suspicious vehicles.
• View the live activity feed and view published reports from their organisation.
For community subscribers
• Live activity feed showing officer posts
• Like and comment on officer posts
• View which officers are currently on patrol
• View reports published by their service organisation
• Invitation only login provided by service organisation

PatrolX does not track your location, does not show ads, does not sell your data, and does not use you for advertising or analytics profiling. We collect only the information needed to run the service — your name, email, phone, address, assigned work area, and the content you post. All data is hosted in Australia.
