mPRO is designed to deliver research and quality improvement surveys to Veterans, family members, and others who care for Veterans. You must have an invitation code from a qualified VA investigator or approved provider in order to open the app.

mPRO does not collect any personal or identifying information and does not share data with anyone other than qualified and IRB-approved VA investigators. The app is free to the public and complies with accessibility standards for those with disabilities.

Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't always work as intended. When you submit your answers for wherever reason it will show that you didn't complete when in fact you did. I'm not sure why but it should be a better way to get your answers if the app isn't reliable.

Well thought out app. Will be a great addition to a lot of resourceful agencies.

I have completed all days of survey and I just looked and it says alot were not completed??? What is Going on???
