Honestly, this app is impressively bad. If I went out of my way to make a terrible app, it probably still wouldn't come out even nearly as bad as this one. My journey into the awfulness of this app began with receiving unwanted texts within minutes of signing up, and ended when I uninstalled the app after I got a dozen texts and appointments immediately after requesting an appointment. Rather than asking me to pick an appointment, the app signed me up for all of them at once. Great work, guys!

Extremely scammy. First groomer charges my card weeks before the appointment and dissappears from the app without a word. Second one can't speak English and charges my card 1 hour after I set it up. No refund in sight yet. Problem is I can't delete my card or even the account itself in this case. They literally got my card in their app forever now and I'm extremely uncomfortable with that at this point.

U can't go back to enter or fix everything or anything. I can't even download a picture of her. Currently I am working with a representative who is extremely pleasant. Hopefully she will fix everything. Also the phone number on file is a house phone and NOT a cell phone. U can't leave a text on a house phone Very frustrating to say the least. I only pay cash. No charges should be made on my credit card for any service...
