When you've been scrolling for too long, a cat comes to sit with you. Not to lecture. Not to lock your phone. Just to be there, quietly, while you take a small breath.

Choose any app on your phone — the ones that keep you scrolling. Set a per-visit time that feels right. PawsUp watches quietly in the background and waits.
A CAT COMES TO VISIT
When you cross your limit, your cat walks onto the screen and settles in for a quiet moment with you. No music. No alarms. No anxious warnings. Just a soft companion and a slow few minutes of silence.
The break ends gently. The cat stretches, gives you a slow blink, and walks away. You go back to your day a little softer.
TWO CATS, FREE FOREVER
PawsUp comes with two cats at no cost:
- Miso — your orange tabby roommate, calm and slightly wry
- Mocha — a Siamese kitten with way too much to say
