Ratings and reviews

I really like the idea of this app, but it works so poorly and is so frustrating to use. Issues include the simple fact that it's painfully slow - it has to load for a while every click; it often mis-identifies our cats (about 1 lb apart) - I'm not an expert on AI, but I could set weight parameters myself in 10 seconds that would work better than this, so it seems like a dramatic oversell to say it uses AI to distinguish cats, and the graphs it produces are terrible and can't be reformatted.

This is a really helpful tool and I'm glad to have it. However, as other reviewers have said, I'd like it better if more members of my household could connect to the app on their devices to monitor our cats, so it's not all on me. This is unnecessarily exclusive, and while I'm the "cat mom" I'm not traditionally the keeper of technology. Visually, I like most of the new update. However, it's harder to read the battery level, and the "non-elimination" logo looks too similar to the pee&poo logo.

Set up was easy, but I had to do it 5 or 6 times! Each time I check the app it shows no events or alerts, it hasn't even measured her weight!! I can look at the box and clearly see that the cat has used it, so either the Monitor doesn't receive that information or the app isnt functioning. So far this thing is a fancy litter box stand.
