Ratings and reviews

Revising my prior review. Similar to others - app keeps crashing and won't accept password or fingerprint. Had to delete and reinstall a few times. Worked once or twice, now crashes every time. Had to reset password via pc and still can't log in via app. What happened to the app?? Is there any programmers looking at reviews?? Went from great to worst in a heartbeat. Unusable at this point.

App needs to be updated tremendously. Currently it just crashes everytime you open it. I have it installed on multiple mobile devices and it's the same on all of them. Desk top version is the only way to run payroll atm. Employee version isn't working either. The app needs to be updated ASAP or we will go elsewhere for our payroll needs. PS. All my devices are android so I can't speak for apple or any others. It might still work on that.

App keeps self stopping when it opens. I have not been able trun payroll in weeks. Custormer service and tech support was not at all helpful. I went with them because of 2 things: Great price and mobile app. The MOBILE app saved time, NOT the website. I had to cancel my account because NO ONE WILL FIX THIS APP.

Corrected an issue that caused MFA to trigger twice when editing profile.
