This app was amazing and I have loved it for 3 years. Now after the update, it's confusing to say the very least. The biometrics no longer work as well, tonight in fact they wouldn't load and I had to input my password twice and then use biometrics, I'm using the same phone so why am I having to register it 2 times this week? I'm so frustrated.

constant updates, and constant changes to your time. by far the worst I've used. As a midnight worker, this app punches you in and out automatically at midnight. if you forget. to clock in, you'll have a whole mess on your hands because you'll have to clock in and out 4 times to complete a 3rd shift. that's how its set up. very annoying.

It's great to use when you need to request off, but to punch in and out is a mess. sometimes it works and sometimes it just doesn't so then you have to manually punch in. It's nice to be able to see how much PTO you have left along with sick days and any trainings. Also with this app you are allowed to upload any licenses and certificates for your position. I gave a 3 due to the punching in/out errors happens 75% of the time.
