Ratings and reviews

It errors frequently. I often have to login 2-3 times before it accepts a punch. Also, the new update no longer takes you straight to the punch in/out screen. When you login, you have to click "employee self service" (there are no other options from there so it's pretty redundant) and THEN to the login screen. It adds unnecessary steps and wastes time (especially annoying since it's what tracks your time).

Never in my life have I encountered a more AWFUL application. This app has zero redeeming qualities! It's a pain to correct punches, a pain to navigate through, the clock in button even jumps out of the way when you try to press it, just to let you know whether or not you're inside the geo fence. If I could, I would cast this app into the singularity of a black hole.

I appreciate the effort to revamp the UI as the old one looked terrible, but literally the only thing I want is for the app to open faster and log in faster so I can punch in and out faster. It was the only thing that didn't change at all with the update. As of today, it doesn't even bring up the punch card first thing, I need to click like 3 more times to punch in/out. You somehow took the only part that needed great improvement and made it even worse. Clown show.
