They have much better support than they used to. BIG plus. My only real gripe with the app now is that I risked an overdraft at my bank when the advance settlement occurred. My check doesn't hit my account until 8 am. Dave starts trying to settle at the stroke of midnight. There's no way to change the time or schedule a time for the settlement to occur. Hopefully they fix that, too. Then I can feel secure in using all of its features more often. Don't tip. It doesn't go to hungry ppl

Their way of determining your settlement date is flawed & frustrating to deal with. My paycheck is deposited on Fri, but their system thinks it deposits on Thurs. This leads to them overdrafting my bank acct. I reached out to cust service & they were able to fix this issue, but when it happened again- suddenly they couldn't fix it. I am only getting pre-written responses from cust service regarding this issue. edit: the newest email I recieved has the same pre-written response. Thanks Dave lol

I like the ease in which you get the advances. My one minus is the various fees involved. The app says "no interest" but there are fees involved. I expected it but I would rather have one flat rate per transaction rather multiple fees. I also don't like the subscription fee. The plus I like is that when you pay back on time regularly you are able to borrow increased amount.

What’s new

Bears love nature and that usually includes bugs. Not me though. I can’t stand them. So this release, I tracked a few down and kicked them out.
