Every time I go into the app, it says my session expired and I have to keep putting in my login information which is really frustrating, especially if I'm out running errands and in a hurry, and especially if I'm feeling really sick that day. Another thing that could be added is the specific items that were paid for under a 'detail' section underneath the transactions. It gets confusing when checking out in stores if the product scanner doesn't work or isn't accurate.

Worst App Ever. Product scanner doesn't work. Tried to shop in a store and products listed as approved, like bananas were denied. Tried to shop thru the app and after adding a couple items to cart, screen went blank. Why would a company as big as Blue Cross have an app that doesn't work? Right at midnight, they certainly took my balance away, however. I'm switching insurance to a company that treats it's clients better than this. Horrible service.

The find stores and product scanner do not work at all it always says work in progress. I've went to the store and made a separate small purchase with items that should be covered and still have a remaining balance that oddly doesn't even equal any single item that it must not have covered. I'm scared to make a regular grocery shop with the new card not being able to scan items in advanced. Some items that were approved before must not be now.
