I was able to load the app, add my credentials, and logged in. I wish it had Biometrics (e.g., thumbprint) worked for login It seems everything works, even the product scanner. The scanner does not work on any browser or device. I tried chrome, safari, firefox, and edge, using an iPad and a Samsung smartphone. Scanned a couple of items that came back as on the approved list. When checking out and using the debit card, only one was paid for using OTC credits. POS.

This app really needs some work! The quick link to SHOP NOW is horrific. Out of categories offered, it has only 2 that work (respiratory & baby items), which doesn't help at all to try and order online. It doesn't list a website where I may be successful at trying to place an order. The product scan for use in store is ridiculously slow and most items have to be scanned several times (no product found, then finally a yes or no for product coverage). FIX THIS PLEASE as it's for elderly/disabled!

If I could give 0 stars I would. No matter how many times they redo the app, it never works. *If* you can even get to the shopping section, the cart always empties itself, a single touch adds things to it you didn't want to, there is ZERO product information beyond a photo and name, and the organization of each separate category is just anarchy. But above all, it just doesn't work. I often spend 2-3wks just TRYING to make a purchase, which is dangerous when I need these medications regularly.
