I have never heard of this app and have found it quite simple to navigate I knocked two stars off coz I had trouble with a password I had to reset it on numerous occasions one after the other it was really annoying as I'd just reset the password then I'd put it in to log in and it didn't recognise it. I've not published anything yet I'm still getting my store ready so will give another review when I start selling from it.

Oct 2024 — Although very basic in functionality, the app was helpful in tracking new purchases due to notifications of sales. Until this month when I realised I'd stopped getting notifications, the app hadn't been put in Deep sleep and all settings were the same. Logging out and back in didn't fix it, so I reinstalled it and now I can't even log in, I just get a black loading screen. Hope it gets fixed soon but also more functionality add, like being able to see customer information etc.

it couldn't be that bad, right? right? I read the reviews, and yes it's very very limited. it only reports sales, nothing more nothing less. Hopefully, Payhip has more in store for the app, but I guess it serves as a way to let you know you got a sell. otherwise, it's functionless. 🤞 updates?
