- App forces Russian localization but display Cyrillic letters with big inter-letter spacing (English letters are ok). This is unreadable - It looks like there are no push notifications for transactions or at least they are not working for me.
Sometimes it simply doesn't work. For the last week I couldn't get into my account any single time. I tap "login", it spins for some time and then says "sorry, connection lost" no matter if I'm on mobile internet or WiFi. My connection is just fine. I can't use it to check my account while not at my computer and it makes it totally useless.
Useless app. It hardly log in and the makers don't see that they need an update. Different errors each time you try to log in. You can't pay other users via the app. The only use is knowing your account balance in your local currency if it finally logs in after 500 tries.
Worst ever This app is a joke. The program REQUIRES you to input your country yet does not give USA as an option. You can't directly enter your DOB (again, REQUIRED) so I had to swipe month by month through 48 years to get back to my birthdate. I spent 15 minutes trying to get set up. Never did get it working. I wish I could give it 0 stars. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
PAYPAL IS BETTER. According to Payoneer they are faster and offer better rates with lesser fees than PayPal. THEY'RE NOT. Once you got paid, Payoneer will hold your money for 2 business days. After that, it would take another 2 business days before it gets deposited to your bank. Approximately around 5 business days wothout interruptions. Compared to PayPal, when you get paid, you're money will be available for use instantly! You can withdraw it to your bank and within 2 business days, you'll have your money. Another thing is the fee, they actually have the same rates and fees with PayPal. So why use Payoneer if PayPal can do these things for you faster and more convenient? PayPal is way better than Payoneer; such a disappointment. I shouldn't have tried to use this trash.
Worsted company ever Didn't back email after having an issue. I have withdraw $32 from fiver and unfortunately I can't log in to my payoneer account. When I log in my account it say wrong details. Also I contact customer support via live chat and their ans: We can't find any account with this email. I send my payoneer account information from my email but their ans: We've sent this issue with our senior support teams. Soon we contact you via email but not response yet. Problem is I have add this card to my all freelancer site
