Always trouble logging in or using their rewards system over the years. Last time i tried to log in it said no matching guest, so they just deleted my account! Im done buying this overpriced garbage

The Acai bowls themselves are fabulous; however, the workers are not. I ordered in the app, went 45 minutes later to pick it up, and it wasn't ready. The young lady was very rude, telling me she was very busy and she was the only worker there. I could have sympathized with her; however, her attitude was unnecessary. Update, placed a order @ 7:08pm for pickup at Fresh Meadows. Arrived at the store at 7:40 and the order wasn't even started and the store was empty.

Always the best customer service. The associates working are silly and fun at the same time. Always communicating with the customer.
