At the beginning the app was good. After few day I was denied I couldn't login I was blocked without no reason. I was told to verify my account I did. But up till now I could not make a transfer. I tried to long in today afte 10days. I decided to reset my password and it was ok. But still having THESAME problem with the account verification. It always said verification complete but the and it always brings out verify your account. I couldn't continue. I can not enter my profile Neither

From advertisement I found out that I wouldn't pay any fee for an international transfer, but when I downloaded this app and tried to send some money, I got 10 PLN fee and the exchange rate was terrible. As I understand, I won't pay any fee if it's the cash transfer, but I won't use this app anymore because of the inconsistent information in the advertisement.

This app use to be one of the best, I've been using it for more than a year ago. It takes less than a minute before your money is been delivered & the exchange rate is the best I've ever seen. But these days it seems that has changed, I sent an urgent money to someone since yesterday & up till this moment the money is still pending. I experienced the same issue the last time I sent money. Please you guys should work on your app
