PBCU recently performed a system upgrade but they removed features that were there prior to the upgrade. In order to check a balance we no longer have the short text option. Forcing customers to log into their account or call their AI teller Audre. PBCU has an option to put their widget on your homepage of your phone, but their widget doesn't update automatically. Who in their right mind wants their bank balances displayed on their phone for anyone to view freely?! Do better PBCU.

So frustrating. The old version worked fine. I made an appointment and we set it up and now it's not working again for me. And yes, I know my username and password. the person I met with uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

I just used it once so far, and that is why I only gave it 4 not 5. I will peruse it further.
