Absoutley Terrible! My children's gymnastics facility is using this for parents to watch meets and practices since there are no spectators allowed during Covid. This app is completely worthless. It freezes and lags 98% of the time. In a sport where the some events are only 8 or 30 seconds long, it causes you to miss the entire event. On the longer events like beam and floor it will freeze then jump forward a minute or two, also causing us to miss the event. I hope gyms aren't paying for app.

Getting your login credentials set up is a difficult and days long process. If you can manage to login, the videos only work 50% of the time. If they do work, buffering is so bad that you only get to see like 3 sec clips from every 30-60 seconds or so. Also, they must charge the gyms extra for the # of logins alloted per user bc our gym only allows us 5 logins/day - this is easy to reach bc if you need to switch between apps or text/make a call, spot tv logs you out automatically. So frustrating

Does not work with my Samsung S9. Video stream will not play. Reported issue multiple times but support has not offered any useful help. Password reset doesn't work properly. Can view using the web version most of the time, though the UI is buggy and frequently drops or starts spawning multiple windows. Would be a great tool if the developers did a better job.
