Purchasing contracts via the app works just the same as purchasing them directly from the public transport operators. All contracts purchased via the app are accepted by all public transport operators as if they were contracts purchased from drivers on-board a vehicle.

Ratings and reviews

Silly, but i actually think this is my favorite app of all time for the ratio of utility to ease of use. So glad they made it simple to reload. The only possible improvement would be if it could immediately show the new balance without the extra step of requesting to see the balance and retap the card, but that is a tiny thing. And SO GLAD there are no ads. That woukd ruin it.

This app spares you the inconvenience of finding a Rav Kav ATM and is a life-saver when you board a bus with an empty card. The interface is fairly intuitive in both Hebrew and English. Perhaps the 'contact loading' page can be improved somewhat, though. On that page, it is unclear what the conditions for continuation rides are, and what the 'card operator' is.

Good app, convenient and simple to use. However- there's a recurring issue that seems to not go away for me. Sometimes it just doesn't scan the rav kav, no matter what. The NFC is on, the wifi is on, my rav kav is in good shape, I try different positions on the back of my phone, without the phone case... nothing. And it happened to me before, randomally. Worked then didn't.. and repeat. Without any situational differences. Without this problem I would've given 5 stars.
