I find PCGS's multiple interrelated apps cumbersome and I just downloaded the set registry app (twice) and it won't open. Furthermore, no reason is given for the failure to function. I had no difficulty registering my coins with NGC and there was only one app. So far, I think I've downloaded four things for PCGS. Fortunately, they are free. Otherwise I think I could really be disappointed.

set up account, tried to access " Join Collectors Club", no response. Tried Home page, no results with accessing any one of the options. Did get a messsge telling me of an unexpected error. ( can this be unexpected after 4 days of trying?) Called the 800 number, options 2 and 6 and 7, was on hold for 10 and 20 and 55 minutes before giving up. Finally offered a chance to get in line for a call back. I'll update when that finally happens, if ever. (Going into the second hour of waiting now).

***EDIT I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, and it now appears to work fine. There's not much functionality to the app, however. Certainly not enough to justify its size - hence the 3 stars.*** It doesn't work. The sign-in page just repeats over and over when you input your account email address. I have uninstalled it. I seem to remember it used to work at one time, so... Keep up the amazing work devs!
