Many fees for unnecessary actions, even if you sneeze, you'll pay a fee. Thankfully, I have a US bank account and a free wallet without any fees, I thought about supporting the national products, but you proved yourself not worthy. If you have an alternative, I highly recommend avoiding this app.

I forgot the password, made the steps to recover, instead I received an activation code! To insert the activation code I have to enter the credentials.. what the bug!! I tried to call the techniacal support from the morning to evening with no access! No WhatsApp response either! 1 star is too much.

The platform is full of bugs. I’ve been unable to log in, the screen keeps loading endlessly, and customer support isn’t responding. This has been an issue for over three weeks!
