Absolutely no ads, zilch. Very bare bones - straight to exchange information, bill payment, reporting outage options, very simplistic and user friendly, with secure, added convenience to save login to your "face/🫆" for faster login to service.

The app was fine, but an update has created a block to where I was unable to log in. Deleted the app and reinstalled it. App crashes upon loading and returns back to the app list.
