Springfield Utility Board customers can access their account with the company’s new phone app called Mobile Customer Access (MCA). SUB customers can view balance information, make a payment, view statement and payment history, sign up for email and text notifications, view usage graphs and access all their accounts at one time.

I've never had a problem with SUB they're always on time with the bills, so I don't get behind. They always work with me if there are any issues. Customer service is amazing. I can actually navigate and understand the app easily.

I used this app for a few years and then back in September it stopped working with my Motorola phone, it crashes immediately.

The app freezes so often that it's not useful. I can't easily pay it online. I'm beyond fed up with the app and online. It would be easier to pay it in person, which is a pain in the behind
