Decker Truck Line is proud to provide a mobile solution for Decker’s Professional Drivers. The mobile app includes document scanning, load information, messages from dispatch and settlement options.

The Decker Truck Line Mobile App is designed to improved communication and enhance the experience for our professional drivers. The app will display your most recent loads allowing you to easily submit documents associated with those loads. The Decker Truck Line app offers you the convenience of scanning and submitting documents while on the go. The scanning feature will optimize documents increasing the quality of the documents submitted even for carbon-copied documents, light gray text or colored backgrounds.

I like the company but this app is horrible. When scanning documents it blacks out and removes all that I scanned. The voice to text is awful. The hos on the app isn't aligned with the tablet (different times). Lags opening new messages. Idk who gets the information on the map but it will say street names that don't even exist and tell me to turn down streets that trucks aren't allowed. 80%of the time the map takes me to car only entrances. It will tell me take south exit to the right and sign E

micromanage and not enough miles to make a dissent pay check, the one thing I hated the most is the driver facing camera and the preplan fuel stops, making you stop multiple times to adhere to it in order to even be considered for any type of bonuses, they don't give you enough miles and take off points because of that,needless to say, that makes it hard to qualify for the bonuses.

Decker is a great company to work for and they deserve an app of their own that works. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 6 times and the folks at trans flow can't make it work. Then transflow goes to the standard "it's your phone" . I have a Galaxy A10 running Android 10, the most popular phone in America running the latest software, and they can't get it to work. Just a suggestion to transflow, maybe you're in the wrong business.
