PenCut — Short Vertical Videos, Complete in 3 Minutes

No need to learn complex editing software. Simply insert footage and photos, add text, and set the mood to music to create a complete vertical video for social media. Start immediately after installation without any sign-up or login.

9:16 aspect ratio is the default. You can select Square (1:1) or Horizontal (16:9)
