Used it for a few days after I got the app, since then it has sent me in a circle with this ' up date required ' , but can't get back to actually using it. Now, having difficulty canceling. My wife figured it out once or got lucky, but after complaining to " people finders" and their assurance they would fix the problem, (but didn't), I just want to cancel, if it is possible to do so. This app is bs. I have not been able to use it at all. Keeps saying update butit won't let you update it you can't open it . I've emailed the C. S. 3 x now to no avail ! I had signed up for a 1.00 trial offer, in which they took 25.99 out of my account 2 days later. The trial was 5 or 7 days . Then 2 days later, they deducted 14.99 from my account , only to find out way too late what they had done . I reported it . I have gotten no response from anyone. This is no doubt a scam.Im owed a refund!

I installed the app to do a trial. after a few days I cancelled and closed down my account to not be charged the full monthly amount next month. I even spoke with someone over the phone to do this. And this morning I woke up to a charge on my credit card. Do not use this company they are very shady and when you want to cancel they will confuse you on their website and switch pages making you think you did when you did not cancel.
