About this app

Turn a language lesson or a real conversation into clean notes and flashcards, then study them right here in Pepitt. Record or import a file: Pepitt transcribes it, keeps the words worth keeping, and turns them into cards you review without leaving the app.

You learn a language fastest from other people: a tutoring session, a chat with a native speaker. But it is hard to stop someone mid sentence to take notes, and by evening almost all of it is gone. Pepitt fixes that: put your phone down, stay in the conversation, deal with the notes later.

USAGE
Record in the app or import an audio file. Pepitt transcribes it faithfully in 60+ languages, whatever the accents or local slang, and follows along when the conversation switches language mid sentence. Each speaker is labeled, so you know who said what.
Pepitt then pulls out the words, phrases, and grammar worth keeping, as clean, consistently formatted notes and vocabulary flashcards.

Study your cards in Pepitt with proven spaced repetition: the right card comes back at the right moment, so words actually stick. Grade each answer Again, Hard, Good, or Easy, and Pepitt schedules the next review for you. Turn on a daily reminder and keep the streak going.

ADAPTS TO YOUR LEVEL
Pepitt helps you pick your level (CEFR, HSK, JLPT, TOPIK), and your cards adapt to it. Each card carries the source phrase, a translation, an example, pronunciation, and its language level. You can also customize the fields completely.

Every month you get 60 minutes of transcription and 60 generations, free, without a card. One generation is a full batch of notes from one recording. Record for as long as you like. New accounts get 30 days of Pepitt Plus, everything unlocked, before deciding. Paid plans raise the monthly caps, unlock read along translation, and keep your recordings synced.

PRIVACY FIRST
On the free plan, audio is kept up to 30 days so you can replay the moment behind a note, then permanently deleted from our servers. On paid plans, your recordings stay synced while your subscription is active, so you can restore them to a new device. Export everything you have created, or delete your account and all its data, from Settings.

AI DISCLOSURE
Pepitt uses third party AI services to transcribe recordings and generate notes and flashcards. AI generated content may contain mistakes; review notes before relying on them.
