If you have a single discount available it is really not clear that after scanning the barcode in the app at the self service kiosk you must select what looks like an image on the kiosk screen to actually receive the discount.

When opening the app it takes ages to load. If you have patchy connection, as in most itsu shops, it won't open at all. I don't understand what it needs to load every time before it can open. Surely it should be able to store most of the needed data on the phone rather than having to load it again every time.

I get almost enough butterflies for a gift and then it re-sets and it sends me a message as if I've just signed up. It's done this twice, this app is a completely useless scam
