About this app

PERA HRMS is the official mobile app of the Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA), giving employees secure access to their day-to-day HR tasks from their own phone.

IMPORTANT: This app is for serving PERA employees only. You will need the credentials issued to you by PERA to sign in. It is not a public service and cannot be used without an existing account.

MARK YOUR ATTENDANCE
Record your check-in and check-out with a single tap. The app supports multiple check-in and check-out cycles in the same day, so stepping out and returning is properly captured. Your location is verified at the moment of each punch to confirm you are at your assigned duty station.

REVIEW YOUR ATTENDANCE HISTORY
Look back over your punch record day by day, with check-in and check-out times, and filter to any date range you need. A summary shows how many days in the range carry a punch.

APPLY FOR LEAVE
See your leave quotas for the year — granted, availed and remaining. Apply for leave against any quota, add a comment for your supervisor, and withdraw a request while it is still pending. Filter your history by calendar year.

RECOMMEND AND APPROVE LEAVE
Supervisors and approving officers get a filterable queue of the requests waiting on them, searchable by employee, leave type or request number. Each request opens with everything needed to decide: the applicant's details, the exact days requested, their remaining quota, and a staffing-impact view showing how many colleagues in the same unit are already on leave for those dates. Recommend or approve directly from your phone, with remarks.

REQUEST A TRANSFER
Choose up to three preferred enforcement stations in priority order, add a note for HR, and attach a supporting PDF if you have one. Track the outcome, read HR's comments, and withdraw a pending request at any time.

SUBMIT A RESIGNATION
Submit your intended last working date with your reason and an optional supporting document. Follow its progress and read the administration's remarks and decision letter once reviewed.

VIEW YOUR DUTY ROSTER
See your scheduled shifts alongside your actual recorded attendance for each day.

ACCESS YOUR ORDERS
Open and read official orders issued to you, including the original PDF.

YOUR PROFILE
View your service record — employee ID, designation, unit, station, scale and joining date — and keep your own contact details up to date.

BUILT FOR SECURITY
Your session is protected by device binding: your account is tied to the phone you first sign in on. Your access token is held in your device's own secure storage, and every request travels over an encrypted connection. The menus you see reflect the permissions your role has been granted.

LOCATION
This app collects your precise location and sends it to PERA's servers with each request in order to verify attendance at your assigned duty station and to maintain an auditable record of activity. Location is collected only while you are using the app; it is never collected in the background.
