Ratings and reviews

This app is absolutely horrible, as is the institution and their policies. The functionality of the app is limited, even within the narrow scope of their absurd policies, and they ended up adding accounts I didn't authorize when linking to my bank. Navigation doesn't even resemble what customer service tries to walk you through over the phone - it's like they're referencing a completely different app. I could go on... Honestly, I'd avoid this app and company like the plague.

Downloaded app thinking I could use it to manage my account, but the app refuses to recognize the verification code to log in. I can log in just fine on the web but not the app making this app worthless. A shame...I was even looking at opening a savings account too. Update: Interestingly enough, after posting this review, the app starts working after a couple days. We will see how this goes...

finally got the app to work correctly and add my account info for my bank. but i would give it 5 stars if it had a debit card payment option under instant payment.
