We have heard from employees that growing as a leader is their number one desire for training and development. We are excited to introduce a new suite of Mobile Apps into Perks at Work to help. The Feedback Labs app is Next Jump, Inc.'s experimental environment to test different ways to make feedback more meaningful for you and your colleagues.

Consistent, timely feedback is the most important ingredient in personal growth. Feedback Labs allows you to receive feedback from colleagues at your company with the purpose of providing you (and others) with insights into your development. Additionally, this app provides you with the ability to assist in others' development by leaving candid, helpful feedback.

I am able to install and log into my account, but after that the app stops working. It's just a white screen and nothing else happens. I even reinstalled the app thinking that might help, but it's doing the same thing. Very frustrating.

this app does not work it runs me around in circles asking me to log on, then give a code verified by email. then back to logging on again, oh wait i crashed, back to log on again, ask for code, blank white screen. blank white screen. blan... crash, please long on...crash.

The android app needs work. Should be able to change the default team. It's very annoying to have to search through all possible users to find members of my group I want to give need back to
