The app seems to be constantly refreshing, which stops the payment from loading and also makes the keyboard keep disappearing when I try to use the "contact us" option on the app. This used to work fine, hope it gets fixed one day. Until then, maybe have the site hi straight to the ticket purchase instead of making you scroll through instructions for downloading the app first?

Incorrect description resulted in me buying tickets that did not work for the location it advertised. I notified the company and they did nothing, just told me to give the tickets away or travel +3h to the location the ticket would work for. They should at least correct the error so this doesn't happen to others, but I suppose asking them to care about service is too much...

Forget trying to purchase Vue or Odeon tickets on here. You're better off using the perks at work website. The drop-down tabs don't work. I've reported it to customer services, but they haven't been able to fix it. It's disappointing, especially as the app was down for so long due to being 'upgraded'. Avoid at all costs.
