Permian Project Control is an on-device workspace for EPCM-style project tracking. Keep project registers, field site logs, cost entries, contractor contacts, and quotes together in local storage.
Project work:
• Add and update projects with codes, clients, locations, budgets, status, and progress
• Maintain nested engineering tasks, milestones, and cost entries for each project
• Log site activity with workforce notes, completed work, issues, safety notes, and review status
• Create quotes with line items and calculated totals
• Manage contractor records from the Company hub
The Control Room dashboard shows counts and budget-versus-spend charts computed from records stored on this device. Progress charts are illustrative visualizations based on stored progress percentages, not a live schedule engine.
Company hub includes:
• Services catalog browsing
• EVM Toolkit for entering BAC, PV, EV, and AC values and calculating CPI, SPI, EAC, ETC, VAC, and completion percentage with optional saved history
• Timeline, team, mission, location, about, and contact pages
Phone, email, and map shortcuts open other apps when available. Contact messages are saved on this device only.
No account sign-in and no network sync are used for core records. First launch may load starter sample projects and logs so the screens are populated. Replace sample content with your own figures. Toolkit forecasts use the numbers you type; they are not pulled automatically from field systems.
