Can't say anything yet about how app works, but just signed up & accidently made a mistake on the email address (which becomes your username). I realized it when it displayed that the email would be my username, but there was no way to go back at that point. I had to hit ok, thinking U could correct it once in the app, but I cant find anyway to correct this in the settings or profile! Why would they not have this? People make mistakes! Or at least they should have a back button so you can fix it

App is garbage I use switches because I can't use a watch and the app can't find my smart drive so I can adjust my max speed so my chair won't go faster than 30% of max speed & I can't get to class on time because of it. In a world that's so inaccessible this company does a poor job of improving accessibility to it's clients/customers, many of whom have no choice but to use this product. I'm so frustrated and angry that this app doesn't do what it's supposed to.

Updates PT 'successfully' and then fails each time on restarting PT. Won't update SD. Dialogue box appearing over and over, even on top of each other, telling me to update PT and SD when that's exactly what it's in the middle of doing (albeit unsuccessfully). If I ever get the update to work, I wonder whether it includes the ability to actually tell the time, as none of my PTs have kept anything like accurate time (quickly goes hours out), which is ridiculous.
