Unable to use the app to the full extent. It is stuck in the profile edit screen or the settings screen. I am unable to view the journey or history, as well as unable to make changes to my profile to select the new speed dial. I have updated the app, deleted/ reinstalled the app, reset my password, updated firmware on the SD, but still have been unsuccessful in resolving this issue. The app issue is an ongoing concern that I had written about initially in a '20 review with no response from Perm.

Can't say anything yet about how app works, but just signed up & accidently made a mistake on the email address (which becomes your username). I realized it when it displayed that the email would be my username, but there was no way to go back at that point. I had to hit ok, thinking U could correct it once in the app, but I cant find anyway to correct this in the settings or profile! Why would they not have this? People make mistakes! Or at least they should have a back button so you can fix it

Cannot enable MX1 mode from the phone app, which makes no sense. The watch must be running to use MX1 mode, even though MX1 mode doesn't use any wrist tapping. MX1 mode was the original SmartDrive mode, long before the push tracker watches existed. In addition, the watch app is garbage. The watch screen must be on to stay connected to the SD, which is a giant, unnecessary waste of battery. Lastly, both the e2 watch and the switch control buttons regularly fail to disengage the SD to stop.
