The only way to get ahold of customer service is through their text and then email. They are not good at all in responding in their emails. My credit is being affected because they show me owing a balance when in their mistake didn't put my direct deposits onto my account that come straight from my paycheck. A whole month of them. Even after showing them it has not been fixed. I'm sure I'm not the only one. I see them being one of those class action company's!

Perpay was one of the only places that would give me a line of credit, and that line of credit has helped me tremendously in getting my credit score raised over 120 pts in just the last 10 months or so. I do wish they had a little more variety when it comes to shoes and cloths, and they should really add more art related things (paints, drawing pencils, markers, drawing pads, ect.), other than that I love it.

I absolutely love this app!! I can get the bigger items I need/want as soon as the 1st payment is made, which was a Christmas LIFESAVER! If something comes up, there are no interest charges or late fees added to the amount. So, if you agreed to pay $40 a week, but for some reason, had to miss a couple wks the bill will still be $40 when you're able to start paying on it again. And my personal favorite thing about perpay
