I love Perpay. Started a few years ago. I now also have a regular Perpay credit card that can be used anywhere. I love payments coming straight outta my paycheck cuz I never have to worry about it. The products are priced higher than normal but I wouldn't be able to purchase them elsewhere so I don't mind. The one thing I would change are the shipping fees. They seem crazy high sometimes & you pay for each item even when purchased together instead of one shipping fee for entire purchase.

Good idea....taking payments directly from your check. However no matter how great the operations is on an app or anything else, the customer service and how customer issues and questions are addressed mean a lot. Prepay A.I. is terrible. It need to be updated to a advanced version. Some issues need to be addressed quickly and accurate. They should make it easier to talk to humans.

I've been using the app a few years and have purchased some high ticket items. Straight forward pricing, no interest. Straight out your paycheck. I I lost my job and ended up taking a few months off. While they did report non payment as they should, they allowed me to pick up right where I left off and I've even gotten a credit limit increase which surprised me. My limits around like $3400. They've been good to me and I'll always be a good customer back. Sorry for the lapse.
