Beware! their customer service is absolutely awful. normal layoff season and went on unemployment. needed to set up recurring payments to keep up since I couldn't do a direct deposit until I go back to work. I've tried 3 times to get any help with this and all three instances are still open. First instance is over 12 hours, second was closed by an agent, and third one has been open for 6 hours. edit: they responded by email 3 days after this review.

No complaints. Prices are higher than what you'd find in stores. That said, the ease of use is great. The hardest part is the setup. They give you in-store credit to start and after responsible use they will send an actual credit card. Payments for both come directly out of your paycheck. It would be hard to screw this up and is a great way to help build credit and show responsible credit use. Great app for those starting out or trying to fix past mistakes.

Perpay is an absolutely fantastic service. I love the fact that the payments come directly out of my paycheck so theres no way I can forget a payment. I've so far got a nice mattress, a doorbell camera and a PS5. The app is fairly easy to navigate. The only thing I dont like about the app is using the phones back button Will close the app out. Other than that, its wonderful. Better than those brick and mortar rental stores.
