Ratings and reviews

This app is convenient but with some major flaws, it doesnt give you a notification of what day they are going to process payments so that you can make sure you have the right account loaded with cash, they also do not keep up with making sure the biometric finger print login methods stay working through each update which makes it very inconvenient to use since to log in it has to send you through a web browser and enter your information in again instead of it just being from the app.

Didn't qualify for any type of advance even though I make plenty of money and credit score is in fair to good condition already. then if you put money into a secured savings account for 2 years at the end you get the money back that you deposited and then they charge interest and fees for saving your money and call it a credit building account! how is that possible when Self does nothing but so called save your money in a no interest bearing account for 2 years and charge you for saving money!

Repeatedly sends notifications to sign up for rent reporting, which I cannot sign up for as I already have an account, and there is no option to add this feature as an add-on. Also sends notifications stating that I am eligible for Self Cash, which I am not. Their system should be sending marketing notifications that are applicable, not sending the same useless notifications every single week.
