The Personal Comfort® App is a great addition to both your Personal Comfort® air adjustable mattress as well as your Power-Flex™ adjustable bed frame. With the Personal Comfort® App your Android device quickly and easily replaces the wired mattress hand controls as well as your adjustable bed frame remotes. Now a swipe of the finger can help you have a perfect night’s sleep.

Used to work great for two separate nights and then the bed won't connect to the app. Ever. The power base works fine, but the app is useless for the bed pump. Quit advertising that you have an app if it only works with like 4 models of devices and you refuse to upgrade it. It isn't 2000 anymore, an app should work across devices, especially since it's all an android os. Amazingly bad design.

I thought the Sleep Number app was bad, but this bed and app really put it in perspective. Bed can't connect to two phones simultaneously. Firmness changes over the day and app can't be counted on to actually change the bed settings. Edit: lost power, bed has to be set up in the app again, but app complains Bluetooth is disabled when BT is on. App settings don't ask for BT - can't connect to bed at all now. Will be returning bed - don't waste your time or money.

We can not have 2 phones configured to the bed. I even disabled bluetooth on the first phone that connected. We keep getting this error. "Is someone else already sleeping in your bed? Unfortunately we could not find what you were looking for. Please make sure that you selected the correct Model, that your product(s) are plugged into a switched on outlet, and that no one else is already connected to them. If you are still unable to find your product(s) you may need to power cycle them.
