How it works
CalTrack starts by understanding you. During onboarding, the app asks for your weight and height, your goal (gain, lose, or maintain weight), your desired timeline (such as 2, 3, or 6 months), and any health constraints or dietary preferences like lactose intolerance or low-sugar needs.
Based on this information, CalTrack calculates your daily target calories along with personalized protein, carbohydrate, and fat targets tailored specifically to your body and goal.
Personalized daily diet plans
The core feature of CalTrack is its personalized Diet Plan. Instead of only showing numbers, the app provides daily meal plans aligned with your nutritional targets, helping you stay consistent and focused every day.
Smart food tracking
You can log your meals by uploading food images. Calories, protein, carbs, and fats are calculated for each meal and automatically deducted from your daily targets, making nutrition tracking simple and clear.
Progress tracking
CalTrack includes a progress section that allows you to monitor your daily and long-term performance, track how closely you follow your calorie and macro targets, and upload progress photos such as before-and-after images to visually track your transformation.
Flexible profile management
Your goals are not fixed. You can update your profile at any time, whether you want to switch from maintaining to gaining or losing weight, or adjust your preferences. CalTrack will recalculate your targets and plans automatically.
