The service has deteriorated significantly over the years, with consistently late deliveries accompanied by numerous excuses. For over a year and a half, Ziwi cat food has been out of stock, reflecting poor inventory management. Additionally, their app is frustrating to use, often resulting in missing items and delayed refunds. In 2022, I considered them the best pet shop in the UAE, but my experience has led me to conclude they are no longer even among the top options, demonstrating a complete.

downloaded the app for rewards, had to login with email address, told me to add my mobile number in profile to enrol for rewards but there's no option to link mobile number 🤷‍♂️

great app and fast delivery all across uae ! some cons is that items get sold out fast and get restocked very slowly, especially cat products. There are lots of stuff i wish to buy, but they are always labelled as out of stock,another one is the app is very slow and takes lot of time to load !
