Ratings and reviews

Bluetooth is outdated when it comes to pet automated products! This app requires the exact location from your phone but if you aren't in your home it won't tell you what's happening with the fountain. It's not worth the money if you can't tell me when I am having an issue with the fountain while I'm not home. Plus size the cats like the constant water moving and they are drinking more.

I love the fountains. I've recommended them to many people including our vet. However, I have adjusted the rating from 5 to 3 stars because of yesterday's app update. It used to be so easy to get to the reminders from the top of the home page and mark them as done. Now I have to go to each individual fountain (I have 3) notifications to mark complete. In addition, there are now ads across the top where the shortcuts used to be. The app also looks generic. Definitely not an improvement.

From the moment I turn it on, I was forced into trial of stuff I didn't ask for. When you think you've got their bloat spam turned off, it wants to remind you to buy some descicant, which I am sure 99% don't give 2💩s. It works and it's also just a clunky feel to app, adjusting times, etc. Instead of trying to develope undesired subscriptions, I wish they would have done something like a manual feed with preset amounts, or better grouping and control of two+ devices... pfft
