love the concept but... I have an elderly dog who developed epilepsy. LOVE that this can monitor for seizures and many other health vitals. it's basically a smart watch for my dog tracking pulse, hrv, respiration, fever, etc. I can't comment on it's tracking ability yet. Every time I open the Map tab, my app crashes. Contacted support but no resolution yet. 5th day since reporting.

Will return product since on-line app does not work. Tried to set up app. Will not accept email address. No TECH support apparent.

The app is a little buggy sometimes, but the support team is always quick to respond to emails and resolve issues! I got this collar so I could stay aware of any seizures my epileptic dog has while I'm not around and it gives me so much peace of mind.
