HOW VEO WORKS
Step 1: Find the closest e-scooter, bike, or e-bike.
Step 2: Scan to unlock! Scan the QR code (or enter the scooter's or bike’s ID number) to unlock it. Enjoy your ride!
Step 3: Park in a designated parking zone (shown in the app) when done. To finish your ride and stop the fare, just tap the "End Ride" button in the app or push down the lever on the bike lock. We do the rest!

Always available, comfortable, durable, and as far essentially equal in speed to all other rentals. Their support team is also very responsive and tend to be solution oriented, usually refunding right away if one is warranted, though they do seem to keep everything well maintained. Thank you for the safe and fun rides, getting me to my appointments and letting me explore the city with friends!

^date- almost every bike is messed up. That's why I lowered my review from 4 to 2 stars. Bummer Awesome, but desperately in need of bike maintainers. 7 out of every 10 bikes is either de chained, the brakes won't work, or worst of all: I pay but the throttle doesn't function. I use these bikes for several hours every day doing food delivery in Seattle, so the frantic search for a functioning bike is frustrating. Last night I had the left pedal fall off a bike while riding last night.

In DC , I wanted to ride the scooters, but the app itself is bad, just bad. I tried to unlock 2 different scooters, and it wasn't working. On top of that, the app takes a $10 deposit, which you CAN'T refund back to your account. There is zero help from the app customer service through the app. This was recent as of 07/28/23
