HOW VEO WORKS
Step 1: Find the closest e-scooter, bike, or e-bike.
Step 2: Scan to unlock! Scan the QR code (or enter the scooter's or bike’s ID number) to unlock it. Enjoy your ride!
Step 3: Park in a designated parking zone (shown in the app) when done. To finish your ride and stop the fare, just tap the "End Ride" button in the app or push down the lever on the bike lock. We do the rest!

Updated: my sourness is at the company it self. they have passes you can purchase which is convenient. but I spent 15 and change after taxes and fees fine. but I only used 7 minutes. I went to use bikes the next day and apparently my minutes expired. very disappointed. I bought 45 minutes and should expired after a week. 15 dollars is a lot of money these days!

Cool electric scooter/bike program. Denver is no longer contracting with Lime. Veo is a comparable replacement. Some aspects are better, some worse, some the same. Overall, not enough difference to get me to pick one over the other. Example: Lime offered 3 (up to 30 minute) rides for free per day and Veo offers an hour of free time per day (unlimited rides) So you get 30 minutes more on Lime, but you have to take the full 30 minute rides, if you ride Lime 3 times for 5 minutes charges begin.

For the most part, the bikes are very helpful and distributed evenly on my area. The support team has been fairly quick and understanding as well. However, several times recently I have encountered an issue when I start a ride. The bike moves for the first few seconds, then it power off. The app tells me I cannot park, because I am "outside the forced zone." I'm not sure what that error means, but it has forced me to walk the bike to where I found it, charging me in the meantime.
