I have sent 5-6 emails to the support address asking for help. I received one response saying he was willing to help. I have asked for that help a number of times, without a response. The emails to support have all gone unanswered. The MOZART app sounds great. But, it is useless and a waste of money without support!! I'd love to give 0 Stars. But, that isn't an option!

I bought the 5 day subscription to check it out and because I wanted to surprise my wife with a video of me with my voice singing our wedding song. I could not figure how to load up the song nor could even find out if could. I did play around with it allowing it to create a song by inputting some words and letting the AI generate song and when got to end found that now it wants to charge me another $9.99 to create it. I am already disappointed with app and should get a refund.

Misleading description. I got 3 credits when I connected my Google acct, and it says I get 1 free credit every day. But after using 2 credits, I can't use the last one without a paid subscription. I figured just wait until the next day. Nope. Same thing, can't make a song without a paid subscription. Four days and still haven't been able to make a song, just the 2 from the first day. There's no button or option to bypass the paid subscription, no way to only use that free credit.
