I can use the app to make payments, but I would like to see an option to remind me when my payment is due. I am unable to turn on notifications.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, Gloria. At this time, email notifications for monthly billing reminders can be set up through the Paperless Inbox. These settings can be accessed through the desktop version of the website.

The only problem is that every time I use app, I get a sorry something went wrong message. But it still works, so I just ignore and go on.

I enter my sign-in info and it won't allow me to click "Sign In". This app is worthless. It worked for the first payment and now it's frozen at the sign-in screen.
