The only problem is that every time I use app, I get a sorry something went wrong message. But it still works, so I just ignore and go on. Someone must actually read your reviews because just after my first post the app has been working just fine. Thanks.

I enter my sign-in info and it won't allow me to click "Sign In". This app is worthless. It worked for the first payment and now it's frozen at the sign-in screen.

I can use the app to make payments, but I would like to see an option to remind me when my payment is due. I am unable to turn on notifications.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, Gloria. At this time, email notifications for monthly billing reminders can be set up through the Paperless Inbox. These settings can be accessed through the desktop version of the website.
