Ratings and reviews

Absolutely useless app. The 'messaging' feature is nothing but an AI chatbot — you never actually reach a real person. I've sent multiple messages and every single response is automated. On top of that, you can't cancel scheduled appointments — the app just forces them on you with zero flexibility. Invitation Homes charges premium rent but can't be bothered to provide real communication or basic appointment management. Save yourself the frustration.

Invitation Homes just took over my rental from a different property management company. This app is absolutely horrible. As many others have said, you can give permissions to use camera or access photo library, but it never works. I have also clicked on the home screen where for example it says I have two work orders scheduled, you click on it, and then it says no work ordered scheduled. Just a really poor app that a lot of others are also saying, yet there seems to be no action to fix it.

I have concerns about the security of this app. Emails that I'm receiving include a recipient that I don't know and I've received one reply from the person who stated they were a former resident. However the person is still being included on my work request communications. I am unable to see these specific work requests when I log in to the app. Absolutely terrible app.
