I have concerns about the security of this app. Emails that I'm receiving include a recipient that I don't know and I've received one reply from the person who stated they were a former resident. However the person is still being included on my work request communications. I am unable to see these specific work requests when I log in to the app. Absolutely terrible app.

Invitation Homes just took over my rental from a different property management company. This app is absolutely horrible. As many others have said, you can give permissions to use camera or access photo library, but it never works. I have also clicked on the home screen where for example it says I have two work orders scheduled, you click on it, and then it says no work ordered scheduled. Just a really poor app that a lot of others are also saying, yet there seems to be no action to fix it.

Kitchen list does not work. I have tried to submit a request in the procare section with & without a picture. It won't move past the Submit page. The Contact Us tab doesn't give you an option to email the issue, only call. I don't want to talk to a person about an app issue. It would be more convenient to email the app issue within the app.
