This is the BEST & easiest app for maintenance. I always get to schedule my work order myself. So I know that I can be available. They also have everything you could think of & much more that I wasn't even aware were part of maintenance duties. I just kinda played around with the selections & it blew my mind to see how much they actually can do to help you. GREAT for renters.

Invitation Homes just took over my rental from a different property management company. This app is absolutely horrible. As many others have said, you can give permissions to use camera or access photo library, but it never works. I have also clicked on the home screen where for example it says I have two work orders scheduled, you click on it, and then it says no work ordered scheduled. Just a really poor app that a lot of others are also saying, yet there seems to be no action to fix it.

Its very stupid and unnecessary!!! it sends you a qr code to scan and takes you to a place of irritation and freezing and won't allow you to actually SCHEDULE your request!!! POINTLESS
