About this app

The Philips HearLink app is compatible with all Philips HearLink wireless hearing aids. Depending on the hearing aids and the mobile device you are using, you may or may not have access to all features the app offers.

With the Philips HearLink app you can easily and discreetly control your wireless Philips HearLink hearing aids.

The mobile device becomes your remote control for changing listening programs, adjusting the volume, muting your hearing aids and activating streaming options. Here are some other helpful app functionalities:

- Select from which of your TV-Adapters you want to stream the signal to your hearing aids.
- Check your hearing aid battery level or the connection status from your mobile device to your hearing aids.
- With the "Find my hearing aids" function, you can track the location of your hearing aids.
- Connect your hearing aids to other devices and web services via IFTTT.
- Fine-tune the sound when watching a movie or streaming audio using the streaming equalizer, for a personalized listening experience. The streaming equalizer is available for all Philips Bluetooth hearing aids except Philips HearLink 2000 and 3000, if your devices support audio streaming.

For more information, you can access instructions on how to use this app in the application settings.

We recommend using the latest version of Android OS.

Apps not very stable, it will drop one ear intermittently. In most cases I have to unpair both hearing aids, shut them both off then turn them both back on and Re-pair both. Also, when I get in my truck (RAM UCONNECT) connects and works fine in the truck. But upon leaving the truck, the phillips app will not reconnect. I have to stop Bluetooth and restart it for it to connect back to my phone, which is a new Galexy 23. Very a disappointed considering what the HA cost.

Frequently disconnects from either one or both hearing aids for no apparent reason, even with no other blue tooth device connected to the phone. Has shown 10% remaining with a fresh battery which then lasted several more days (and showed 100% on my iPad). I finally uninstalled the app, which is no great loss since the volume can be adjusted directly on the aids and the alternate modes and eqalizer are pretty much a waste. I kept the app on the iPad, where it's more reliable but still not perfect

each morning when I take the hearing aids out of the charger, I use my Samsung galaxy phone to turn the volume down. bout once a week, they will no longer connect to phone. I try turning blue tooth off and back on, but no luck. I find myself having to uninstall/ reinstall the philips app and pair the hearing aids to the phone again. what a pain. I don't understand how or why connecting each morning should be a hit or miss. I do not have problem with any of my other blue tooth devices

Dear Squire Bill, Thanks for your feedback. Please try resetting the phone's Bluetooth which can help with this issue: 1. In Phone setting selects "App", 2. Show System Apps (choose from the menu in the right corner), 3. Select Bluetooth from the list of applications, Select storage and clear cache, 4. Restart the phone.
