Difficulty with phone calls via Android. when getting in the car, the car bluetooth takes over, which is preferred & fine. However, when an incoming or outgoing call is taking place, HearLink 2 tries to take over the call and disconnects my car audio, and I lose everything. it shows connected to HearLink2 but no audio from either the phone or the music that was playing on the phone. They only way I can stop it is to kill the Bluetooth connection from HearLink 2 once I get in the car.

Please, reach out to the support team at philipshearingsolutions@demant.com mentioning the model of your hearing aids and the model of the phone. Kind Regards, Marc - Philips Philips Consumer Care

This rating is mostly for the app and not the hearing aids. I have a Samsung Galaxy A15-5G with Android. The app works very well for me and almost always connects flawlessly. Rarely (maybe once a month), the app drops connection to one aid or the other which is usually fixed by turning my phone's bluetooth off and back on. My biggest complaint is that the app does not have a separate Sound Equalizer for each ear. It has separate volume controls for each, why not Equalizer setting?

Hi Jim, we’re glad to hear the app connects well for you most of the time. We really appreciate your suggestion about having separate Equalizer settings for each ear that’s a great idea. We’ve shared this with our development team for future updates. Feel free to reach out if you have any ideas or questions. Thanks again! Kind Regards,

Since the last update my right earpiece continues to disconnect and I have to go through the process of turning off and on the Bluetooth, sometimes multiple times. I liked it on the prior version where it would connect without all the extra effort. And now my aids keep disconnecting while I'm on a phone call. I have to quickly turn off Bluetooth and use the phone speaker unless the other party thinks I hung up and they disconnected.
